LIABILITY DISCLAIMER & WAIVER

The Social Haus Studio ("we," "our," or "us") serves as a rental venue for third-party organizers who host their own events, classes, and activities within our premises. By renting, attending, or participating in any event held at The Social Haus Studio, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Liability Disclaimer & Waiver.

LIMITED LIABILITY

  • The Social Haus Studio only provides the rental space and is not responsible for the management, execution, safety, or outcomes of events organized by third parties.

  • We do not assume liability for any injuries, damages, or losses occurring during third-party events, including but not limited to physical harm, property damage, theft, or financial losses.

  • Any concerns or claims regarding an event must be directed to the respective event organizer, not The Social Haus Studio.

PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY

  • Attendees and participants assume full responsibility for their own safety and well-being while on the premises.

  • By entering The Social Haus Studio, attendees waive any claims against the studio, its owners, employees, and affiliates for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur.

  • Participants in fitness, dance, or physical activities should consult a medical professional before engaging and assume the inherent risks associated with such activities.

ORGANIZER RESPONSIBILITY

  • Organizers renting the studio must obtain appropriate insurance coverage if required for their events.

  • Organizers are fully responsible for ensuring the safety of their participants and complying with all legal, health, and safety regulations.

  • Organizers agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Social Haus Studio from any claims, disputes, or liabilities arising from their events.

FACILITY USAGE TERMS

  • Renters and event organizers must adhere to all studio rules and maintain the space in the same condition as provided.

  • Any damages caused to the premises during the rental period will be the responsibility of the event organizer.

FORCE MAJEURE

The Social Haus Studio shall not be held liable for any disruptions, cancellations, or financial losses due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By booking, organizing, or attending an event at The Social Haus Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Liability Disclaimer & Waiver.
